In the unlikely event that a product you have purchased from YogaLab is faulty, we are committed to meeting our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
YogaLab expects that you should receive the product in good condition. If this is not the case you can return them in original condition to receive a full refund or replacement product (based on stock availability) within 14 days of receiving your product.
A photograph of the fault will be required prior to returning the item to enable us to check the extent of the damage or fault. Please note in some cases stock levels may prevent us from being able to provide exactly the same product and we may have to refund you if this is the case.
The New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, is legislation that outlines the guarantees and rights of both the seller and consumer for products and services sold.
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, products sold by us must be safe, of acceptable quality, fit for the purpose they have been purchased for, match the description given, match the sample or demonstration model and be of acceptable condition when received by you;
It does not apply where the product has been misused, broken or improperly operated.
It does not apply If you don't like the colour of a product. Our website is as colour correct as we can possibly get it. All devices and monitors show colours differently.
It does not apply If you purchased the wrong product. Our website provides information to help you make the right product selection. The classification of whether a product is deemed faulty or not is at our discretion. We are firm but fair with such decisions because happy customers are important to us.
